Thank you for choosing SpenceTire for your powder coating needs! We take pride in offering high-quality finishes that are designed to enhance the appearance, durability, and longevity of your products. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we are pleased to offer a 3-Year Limited Warranty on all powder-coated items applied by SpenceTire.

Warranty Coverage

SpenceTire warrants that all powder coating finishes will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the date of application. This warranty covers the following:

Peeling, Chipping, or Flaking: If the powder coating peels, chips, or flakes due to a defect in the application process, SpenceTire will repair or reapply the coating at no cost.
Color Fading: SpenceTire guarantees that the powder coating will not show significant fading or discoloration due to normal exposure to sunlight (UV rays) for a period of three years.
(Note: fading may vary depending on environmental factors, such as location and exposure to harsh conditions).
Blistering: If the coating forms blisters, bubbles, or becomes compromised due to adhesion failure, we will either repair or replace the coating.

Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover the following:

Damage Due to Improper Use: This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or alterations. This includes but is not limited to scratches, dents, gouges, or impact damage.
Exposure to Extreme Conditions: The warranty is void if the product is exposed to extreme conditions such as saltwater, industrial chemicals, or high-pressure washing that could compromise the integrity of the finish.
Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover the natural wear and tear that occurs over time due to regular use, including minor surface abrasions or the general aging of the powder coating.
Improper Maintenance: The warranty is void if the product is not cleaned or maintained in accordance with SpenceTire’s recommended guidelines. Products should be cleaned regularly using non-abrasive, mild cleaners to maintain the coating's integrity.

Warranty Claim Process

In the event that you experience a defect covered under this warranty, please follow these steps:

Contact SpenceTire: Notify us within 30 days of discovering the issue. You can reach us by phone at 416-299-7730 or via email at Info@spencetire.com.
Provide Documentation: You may be asked to provide photographs of the defective area, proof of purchase, and any other necessary documentation to help assess the claim.
Return or Inspection: In some cases, you may need to return the affected product for inspection. SpenceTire will either repair, recoat, or replace the item at our discretion.

Resolution: If the claim is approved, we will cover the cost of all necessary repairs or re-coating. If replacement is required, we will provide a comparable replacement at no additional cost.

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. SpenceTire’s liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of re-coating or replacing the defective product, and does not cover any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost time, labor costs, or other expenses).

Additional Terms

Valid for 3 Years: This warranty is valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of application. After this period, all coverage is void.
Jurisdiction: This warranty is governed by the laws of Ontario, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Toronto.

Starting at just $400 for all four rims, you can choose from any basic colour option, including matte black, satin black, gloss black, or gunmetal.

No Appointment Needed – Drop Off Your Rims Anytime!

We don’t require appointments to drop off your rims. Just bring them by during our regular shop hours, and we’ll have them ready in a few days!

Additional Services & Fees

Dismount & Remount, Including Balancing & Installation: $50 extra
Same-Day Service: Need your rims done quickly? You can leave your vehicle with us overnight for expedited service. We’ll complete the process the next day. (Appointment required. A $150 rush fee applies.)
Curb Rash Repairs: We’ll fix minor curb rashes at no extra cost, as long as the damage is non-invasive.
Paint Stripping (for Plasti-Dipped or Peeling Paint Rims): If your rims have peeling paint or a Plasti-Dip finish, they’ll need to be sandblasted and stripped before powder coating. This service is an additional $250 per set.
