The Fitment Guarantee provides customers with confidence when purchasing wheels, tires, and tire & wheel packages by ensuring proper fitment for their vehicle, provided certain conditions are met. Below is an overview of the key elements:

Fitment Guarantee Coverage:

Wheels: Guaranteed to fit properly without interference from stock brake components, suspension, or bodywork. If hub-centric rings or different fasteners are needed, these items are still covered.
Tires: Guarantees that tire specifications meet the required load capacity, overall diameter, and speed rating, with exceptions made for winter tires that typically have a lower speed rating.
Tire & Wheel Packages: The complete package is guaranteed to fit the vehicle without causing interference with OEM parts. Like individual wheels, the need for additional components (e.g., hub-centric rings or different fasteners) does not disqualify the fitment.

Eligibility Requirements:

To qualify for the Fitment Guarantee:

Provide accurate vehicle details (year, make, model, and sub-model).
Disclose any vehicle modifications (e.g., upgraded brakes, suspension, or bodywork alterations).
Purchase a full set of tires and wheels or a complete tire & wheel package.
Ensure the Fitment Check is completed at the time of purchase.

Exclusions and Voids:

Inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information will void the Fitment Guarantee.
If a product is listed as compatible but does not fit, and the customer or installer reports it as incompatible, the guarantee will not apply.
The Fitment Guarantee must be authorized at the time of order for coverage to be valid.

Refund or Replacement:

If the products do not fit, customers are entitled to a full refund (including shipping costs) or a suitable replacement, as long as the Fitment Guarantee criteria are met.
